Q. Your FPSD area map does not show all of The Divide.  Some of Marmot, Pronghorn Bear Cub, Puma and maybe other streets are not included in your FPSD.  Are you planning on including them into the Metro District?
A. The map properly displays the boundaries of the proposed Metro District, which exactly coincides with the current Fairway Pines Sanitation District boundaries. All of the remaining Fairway Pines Estate HOA that is outside the Fairway Pines Sanitation District will not be included in the proposed Metro District. The remaining Fairway Pines Estate HOA can petition for inclusion at a later date. The timeline would most likely be no less than 1 year after the formation of the proposed Metro District.
